Prices shown are starting rates, not flat rates for every property. Homes over 1,000 sq. ft., or homes requiring extra labor due to heavy buildup, excessive pet hair, grease, clutter, or other conditions, may cost more. We’ll provide a personalized quote for approval before beginning work.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Policies & helpful details.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may qualify for a deposit refund or transfer to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Arrival & access
Please allow a 15–30 minute arrival window. Make sure access is available at the scheduled time and share entry instructions in advance. If access is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss next steps and any applicable fee.
Pets & safety
Please tell us about pets before the appointment. Pets that may interfere with safe or efficient cleaning should be secured. We may decline work in unsafe conditions, including biohazards, active infestations, mold-infested areas, or unsafe heights.
Supplies & add-ons
Standard cleaning supplies are included. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and clearly label them. Add-ons and work outside the agreed scope must be approved before service begins.
Payment & booking
A 25% deposit is required to secure every cleaning appointment. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service. Deposits must be paid electronically through Zelle or Cash App. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance on the day of service. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee an appointment.
Satisfaction follow-up
If an item included in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and arrange an appropriate resolution.
